At Marini SkinSolutions®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the online portal or email to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full, and include your printed RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
